(Summary) Students answered 7 questions about school cafeteria

Graph #1 shows that no student uses the school cafeteria. We can see that both "Often" and "Sometime" were answered by 50% of the students, and "Never" by zero. This result indicates that school cafeterias are not unpopular with students.

Graph#2 shows how many times a week students use the school cafeteria. The results are cleanly divided, with 50% of the students going every weekday and 50% going only once during the week. This is a very interesting result.

Graph#3 shows the most popular menu items in the school cafeteria. The most popular menu item was udon. I thought the reason for its popularity was its low price.

List#4 shows the menu items that students would like to see added to the school cafeteria. These results indicate that students would like sweet foods added to the menu. Other suggestions include Korean food.

List#5 contained what students would like to see improved in the school cafeteria; three out of four cited the cafeteria being overcrowded and the problems caused by this. This suggests that school cafeterias should provide more places for students to eat.

List#6 shows the times when students are most hungry. Most students are hungry at 12:00. However, lunch time at Kwansei Gakuin begins at 12:50. I thought that most students might not be able to concentrate on their classes because they are hungry in the midst of their second period.

Graph#7 shows which dishes students are more inclined to eat depending on the time of day they eat lunch. It was found that Japanese food is popular at all times of the day, but students want to eat Italian food for a late lunch and French food for a lunch at the right time.

(CONCLUSION)

 The results of this survey were very interesting. Kwansei Gakuin University could use the results of this survey to make their school cafeterias more popular.
